Śakti, which translates to "creative power" or "creative action," embodies the dynamic energy that pulsates within the universal womb, the Hiraṇyagarbhā. In sacred union with Śiva, she forms the primordial creative principle of the Universal Consciousness. My Artwork delves into this transformative alchemical power, exploring the myriad forms and frequencies through which Śakti manifests throughout the cosmos.

Manas tvam vyoma tvam marud asi marut sārathir asi

tvam āpas tvam bhūmis tvayi pariṇatāyām na hi param |

tvam eva svātmānam pariṇamayītum viśva-vapuṣā

chidānand’ākāram Śiva-yuvati-bhāvena bibhṛṣe || 35 || - Saundaryalahirī

Translation:

Thou art  Air(Mind), Thou art Ākāśa, Thou art Fire, Thou art Water and Earth too;

When thou hast transformed Thyself in this way into the form of the Universe,

there is nothing beyond not included in Thee.

It is to transform Thyself into the Universe

that thou assumes this form of Consciousness-Bliss as Śiva’s Awareness.
